We deliver to all areas across Kuwait.
On completing your purchase, we will send you an order confirmation (including details of goods ordered, and payment receipt) email and SMS to the email id and mobile number you have provided. Accordingly, your delivery will be processed.

- General Conditions
- Orders placed on Kuwait public holidays will be deemed placed on the first business day following the holiday.
- Although we are strongly committed to delivering in timelines as mentioned on our Platform, delivery timelines are estimates only.
- In case of delivery to the given address,
- If your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery, you need to collect the order from our store within store working hours of a business day.
- If we have not delivered your order within 15 business days of order confirmation, we will provide you with full refund.
- We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement.
- To avoid any unnecessary delay, please make sure you fill out the shipping address details to completion, as well as add an available contact number when placing your order.
- In case of Click & Collect,
- We keep your order in store for 7 business days from the day of order Confirmation.
- After 7 business days, all uncollected orders will be cancelled, and any payments made will be refunded to the bank card used for the purchase.
- Refund on bank cards (credit/debit) shall be reflected on your statement within timeline depending on your bank card provider.
- If you’re unable to collect your order for any reason, please contact us on 22281661 and/or primeselection@hajery.com.
- Please note that we’re unable to accept orders that include either,
- Non-available product(s), or
- Product(s) for collection from our store as well as for home delivery. In this case, please place two separate orders – one for collection and one for home delivery.
Tracking delivery status
You can check your order status and/or track the delivery of your order through ‘My Orders tab’ from your Account Menu inside our Platform.
